Founded in 1999 by Claes Wikström as a consultancy within product development targeted towards product management, system management and operational development.

Claes has a broad background from among others Ericsson, specifically in the area of software development. In addition Claes has many years experience in several countries in management roles.

After 5 years of operation, an initial expansion into extended management areas has been completed through the taking on of new staff.
